What to do
1.Set your goals:
Setting a goal helps you know exactly what you want or long towards. It keeps you focused too. Fix a 21 day or more program for yourself.
2. Get a workout and meal plan:
To realize your goals you can’t just eat anything. You would have to eat right and workout right.
3. Stay motivated
Staying motivated can be very difficult especially if you feel you’re not seeing results. But you have to keep going because no matter how bad you feel you’re doing, you’re making progress.
4. Record your progress:
The scale can be quite disappointing. As much as you want to record your progress do not let the scale discourage you. It’s all about what you see when you look yourself in the mirror. It’s about how good you feel in your own skin.
5. Let it be a lifestyle:
Choosing to live healthier should not be a temporary decision. It should be a permanent lifestyle change.
6. Stop procrastinating:
The number of times you have decided to live healthier and register at the gym is probably more than a score. Start now and stop procrastinating.
